Vitamins and such

It is time to take care of your body.

These are supplements that I take to help me be a better Husband and Father

This is a great multivitamin that covers all the bases. I’m also a fan of Costco’s multivitamin. These cover basic nutrients we aren’t getting eating pizza and our kids leftovers. Vitamin C, D, and Zinc are in most of them and help keep up your immunity!

Omega-3 supplements support heart health, brain function, and joint health by reducing inflammation and promoting overall wellness. Since the body cannot produce omega-3s naturally, supplementation helps fill the gap, boosting overall vitality and long-term health. I know my crazy brain needs all the help I can give it.

Omega - 3 Fatty Acids

CoQ10 supports heart health, energy production, and cellular function by acting as a powerful antioxidant. It can improve energy levels, protect cells from damage, and support brain and muscle health. I also like Costco’s Kirkland brand of CoQ10.

Coenzyme q10 - CoQ10

Highly studied with a large array of benefits. From improved physical performance in the gym to improved cognitive ability when sleep deprived. Taking creatine is a no-brainer to me

Creatine Monohydrate

Magnesium has been on my list ever since I hurt my back in high school. My doctor told me to take it to support muscle relaxation and nerve function. It also helps with stress and sleep which is super helpful. Magnesium is also deficient in most of us. I take this at night before bed to help me chillaxinate and sleep well (if my tot isn’t waking me up).
